Rau-Kennon

Robert and Mary Rau of Lake Isabella, Mich., and Jeanette Rau of Mount Pleasant, Mich., announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth "Kibby" Rau, to Nathan A. Kennon, both of Mooresville, N.C. He is the son of Gary Kennon of Perryville, Mo., and Patricia Maevers of Jackson.

Rau is a 1996 graduate of Beal City High School in Beal City, Mich. She is employed by Carver Racing of Mooresville.

Kennon is a 1995 graduate of Fredericktown High School in Fredericktown, Mo. He is employed by MB2 Motorsports in Mooresville.

A July 29 wedding is planned in Mooresville.
