Robert and Barbara Randolph of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Ann Randolph, to Ryan Daniel Bazzell. He is the son of Robert and Diane Bazzell of St. Charles, Mo.

Randolph received a bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State University, and is pursuing a master's degree in education from Lindenwood University in St. Charles.

An April 18 wedding is planned at Centenary United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau.
