OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Lisa and Steve Essex and Scott and Donna Quesenberry, all of Olive Branch, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kourtnee Beth Quesenberry, to Joshua Caleb McHughs, both of Thebes, Ill. He is the son of Jack and Hope McHughs of Thebes.

Quesenberry is a 2007 graduate of Egyptian High School.

McHughs is a senior at Egyptian High School. He is employed at Bening Mazda Inc. in Cape Girardeau.

A May 31 wedding is planned at Alexander Free Will Baptist Church.
