Mike and Bonnie Pierce of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Amber Pierce, to Michael LeFevre. He is the son of Mark and Stacy LeFevre of Ashton, Illinois.
Amber received a master's degree in early childhood special education from Southeast Missouri State University and will begin teaching ECSE in Independence, Missouri, in the fall.

Michael received a bachelor's degree in aviation from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. He is a commercial property manager at MDC in Lenexa, Kansas. He also is a pilot.
A July 2 wedding is planned at First Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.
