Peters - Pfau

Chris and Carol Peters of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Allison Nicole Peters, to Matthew James Pfau. He is the son of Jim and Luann Pfau of Cape Girardeau.

Peters is a 2008 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. She received a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Southeast Missouri State University in 2012. She plans to pursue a nursing degree this fall.

Pfau is a 2006 graduate of Notre Dame. He received a doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Mississippi. He is employed at Saint Francis Medical Center.

A June 1 wedding is planned at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, Mo.
