Parrish - Heirbaut

Buddy and Marsha Parrish of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Tammy Marie Parrish, formerly of New York City, to Jim Marinus Florentinus Heirbaut of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He is the son of Peter and Adrie Heirbaut of Wouw, The Netherlands.

Parrish is a graduate of Central High School, and received a BFA from Stephens College. She is a fund-raising consultant to nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and the E.U.

Heirbaut is a graduate of Norbertus College and received an MSc in applied physics from Eindhoven University of Technology. He is a science writer with De Ingenier magazine.

A July 16 wedding is planned at the West-Indisch Huis in Amsterdam.
