Parham is a 2000 graduate of East Prairie High School. She is a registered nurse at Southeast Hospital.

Bickings is a 1999 graduate of Scott City High School. He is a conductor with Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway.

A June 9 wedding is planned at First Christian Church in East Prairie.
