Palmer - Poddig

SEDGEWICKVILLE, Mo. -- John and Irene Palmer of Sedgewickville announce the engagement of their daughter, Cassandra Irene Palmer, to Robert Walter Poddig. He is the son of the late Robert Poddig of St. Peters, Mo., and the late Shirley Burns of Festus, Mo.

Palmer is a graduate of Penn Foster Career School in Scranton, Pa. She is employed by Pyramid Home Health Services in Fredericktown, Mo.

Poddig is a graduate of Fox High School in Arnold, Mo. He is employed by Rollet Brothers Trucking Co. in Brewer, Mo.

A June 12 wedding is planned at Sedgewickville United Methodist Church.
