Ourth - Loomis

Joyce Ourth of Cape Girardeau announces the engagement of her daughter, Jill A. Ourth, to Steven R. Loomis, both of St. Louis. He is the son of Richard and Sue Loomis of Cape Girardeau. Ourth is also the daughter of the late Richard Ourth.

Ourth received a bachelor of science degree in mass communication from Southeast Missouri State University in 2003. She is employed in the marketing department at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Loomis received a bachelor of science degree in secondary education from Southeast in 1994, and a master's degree in instructional design and technology from the University of Memphis in 1998. He is employed by the Federal Reserve Bank in St. Louis.

An Oct. 11 wedding is planned at St. Mary's Cathedral in Cape Girardeau.
