Osborne-Fleming

Scott and Debbie Richardson of St. Louis announce the engagement of their daughter, Dana Delores Osborne, to Lawrence Edward Fleming, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Mae Fleming of Cairo, Ill., and the late Willis Fleming.

Osborne attended St. Louis University and Southeast Missouri State University. She is an adjunct instructor at Southeast University Law Enforcement Academy.

Fleming is a graduate of Camelot High School. He is a training specialist at the university's Law Enforcement Academy.

An outdoor wedding is planned Oct. 10 at the World's Fair Pavilion in St. Louis.
