Olson - Braun

Pamela Olson of Jackson and David and Molly Olson of Marble Hill, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Dawn Olson, to Daniel Louis Walter Braun. He is the son of John and Donna Braun of Scott City.

Olson is a 2008 graduate of Jackson High School. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in early childhood education at Southeast Missouri State University. She is a customer service representative at Bank of Missouri in Jackson.

Braun is a 2003 graduate of Scott City High School. He attended Mineral Area College, and is pursuing a bachelor of science degree in industrial electronics at Southeast. He is power division manager at Tri-State Water, Power and Air.

A July 23 wedding is planned at Lynwood Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.
