O'Connell - Roll-Huston

Susan O'Connell of Cape Girardeau announces the engagement of her daughter, Carie Susanne O'Connell, to Shawn Eugene Roll-Huston, both of Jackson. He is the son of Percy and Bernadette Huston of Cape Girardeau.

O'Connell is a 1998 graduate of Jackson High School. She is employed at Saint Francis Medical Center.

Roll-Huston is a 1993 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School, and 2001 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. He is a landscape designer at Garden Hill Nursery.

A Sept. 6 wedding is planned at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
