Obermann - Heuring

Thomas and Martha Obermann of Chaffee, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Lori Beth Obermann, to Blake Alan Heuring of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Rick and Jan Heuring of Jackson.

Obermann is a 2003 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. She received a master's degree in communication disorders from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a speech/language pathologist with Jackson School District.

Heuring is a 2001 graduate of Notre Dame. He received a degree in computer science from Southeast. He is a software engineer at MedAssets in Cape Girardeau.

A Sept. 15 wedding is planned at St. Ambrose Church in Chaffee.
