Noon is a 2002 graduate of Scott City High School. She received a bachelor of arts in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006.

Reinagel is a 2000 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. He received a bachelor of arts degree in history from Southeast Missouri State University, and will be attending Kent School of Law in Chicago this fall.

A June 23 wedding is planned at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, Mo.
