Newman- Teichman

Margie Newman of Jackson announces the engagement of her daughter, Teresa Ann Ellis Newman, to Nicholas John Teichman. He is the son of Kathy Teichman of Jackson, Brad Teichman of Chaffee, Mo., and Daryl Cooper of Cape Girardeau. Newman is also the daughter of the late Hobart Newman.

Newman is a 2002 graduate of American High School. She is campus recruiting manager with Vector Marketing Corp.

Teichman is a 2002 graduate of Central High School. He is a welder with Old Hickory Pits.

An Aug. 28 wedding is planned at Jackson City Park.
