Myers-Sessoms

Don and Carolyn Myers of Biggers, Ark., announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Elaine Myers, to Henry Morris "Hank" Sessoms Jr., both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Shirley Sessoms, and Henry and Tammy Sessoms, all of Cape Girardeau.

Myers is a graduate of Biggers-Reyno High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Arkansas State University. She is employed in surgery at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

Sessoms is a graduate of the former University High School. He is pursuing a bachelor's degree in history from Southeast Missouri State University. He is employed at Blair Industries.

A private ceremony is planned Aug. 3 in Cape Girardeau.
