McFerron-Harrell

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- William G. and Alice F. McFerron of Chaffee announce the engagement of their daughter, Brooke Alison McFerron, to Jason Brent Harrell. He is the son of Fred L. and Pamela L. Harrell of Jackson.

McFerron is a 2001 graduate of Chaffee High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Southeast Missouri State University in 2006. She is a registered nurse at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Harrell is a 1999 graduate of Chaffee High School. He received an associate of science degree from Florissant Valley Community College in St. Louis in 2001, and a bachelor's degree in health management from Southeast in 2005. He is a conductor with Amtrak.

A Sept. 15 wedding is planned at First United Methodist Church in Chaffee.
