James and Charlene McElreath of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Paula McElreath, to Todd Johnston, both of St. Louis. He is the son of Tom and Kay Johnston of Jackson. She received a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2007, and expects to receive a master's degree in counseling from Webster University in March 2010...
