McDowell-Lee

Thomas and Denise McDowell of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittney Denise McDowell, to Joshua Cloit Lee. He is the son of Thomas and Gay Lee of Cape Girardeau.

McDowell is a 1999 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University in December 2002. She is a new accounts specialist at First Missouri State Bank in Jackson.

Lee is a 1996 graduate of Central High School. He received a bachelor's degree in general studies from Southeast University in 2001. He is employed in the Emergency Department at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

A May 3 wedding is planned at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
