The Rev. Joe and Debbie McCullough of Sikeston, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Lynn McCullough, to Matthew Marvin Lynn Butrum, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of the Rev. Marvin and Carolyn Butrum of Sikeston.

McCullough is employed at Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Missouri.

Butrum is a 1992 graduate of Sikeston High School. He is hospice chaplain with Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Missouri and is pastor of New Hope Baptist Church.
