MeKisha is a 1998 graduate of Jackson High School, and 2008 graduate of Trendsetters School of Cosmetology. She is manager at Sport Clips in Cape Girardeau.

Evans is a 1995 graduate of Jackson High School. He is an automotive dismantler at Junior Sinn Auto Parts and is owner/operator of Lanceman Spray and Wash mobile power washing.

An Oct. 26 wedding is planned at Cape Girardeau Elks Lodge.
