Maassen-Schlick

Mr. and Mrs. Daryl Maassen of Hazelwood, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Therese Maassen, to Chris Thomas Schlick, both of St. Charles, Mo. He is the son of Sandy Decker and Michael Schlick of Cape Girardeau.

Maassen received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed at CDI Corp. as an IT program recruiter for Monsanto in St. Louis.

Schlick is a field service representative with the Hillman Group in the St. Louis region.

A Nov. 4 wedding is planned at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Hazelwood.
