Lowes-Eftink

James and Kathy Lowes of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamie N. Lowes, to Rick A. Eftink. He is the son of Rick and Pam Eftink of Oran, Mo.

Lowes is a 1999 graduate of Jackson High School. She is a licensed practical nurse at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

Eftink is a 1999 graduate of Oran High School. He is a sales specialist at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse, and is a member of the U.S. Army Reserve in Cape Girardeau.

A Sept. 16 wedding is planned at First Baptist Church in Jackson.
