Lowe- Williams

James and Linda Lowe of Bloomington, Ill., announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Lowe, to Jamie Williams. He is the son of James and Glenda Williams of Cape Girardeau.

Lowe is a a graduate of JFK High School in St. Louis, and received a bachelor of science from Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed at Beneficial Finance in Bloomington.

Williams is a graduate of Central High School, and attended Southeast University. He is stationed with the U.S. Air Force in Sumter, S.C.

An April 17 wedding is planned at Centenary United Methodist Church.
