Louie - Kerber

Mike and Mary Louie of Gurnee, Ill., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessie Louie, to Dan Kerber, both of Chicago. He is the son of Kelly Kerber of Jackson and Danny Kerber of Cape Girardeau.

Louie received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from the University of Illinois in 2005. She is a fourth grade teacher in Wilmette, Ill.

Kerber received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Missouri in 2006. He is a technology recruiter in Chicago.

A June 29, 2013, wedding is planned on the beach in Zion, Ill.
