Long is a 2002 graduate of Meadow Heights High School at Patton, Mo. She is employed at JCPenney.

Burger is a 1999 graduate of Scott City High School, and is a senior at Southeast Missouri State University majoring in industrial management. He is employed at H&F Machine Co., and is a specialist in the National Guard.

An Aug. 2 wedding is planned at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City.
