Long -- Thrower

Dave and Stacey Long of Marble Hill, Missouri, announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Long, to Zachary Thrower, both of Marble Hill. He is the son of Pamela and Kenny Koehler of Jackson and the late Thomas Thrower of Burfordville.

Courtney is a 2009 graduate of Woodland High School. She graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in education. She is a kindergarten teacher at Woodland Elementary School in Marble Hill.

Zack is a 2007 graduate of Jackson High School. He received his paramedic license in 2014 and works at SEMO EMS Inc. of Bollinger County.

A June 10 wedding is planned in Cape Girardeau.
