Lecco -- Harter

Joe Lecco and May Barnhart of Ashland, Missouri, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamie May Lecco, to Dominique Glennon Harter of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Glen and Julie Harter of Cape Girardeau.

Jamie is a 2005 graduate of Southern Boone High School in Ashland, Missouri, and graduated from Columbia College with a bachelor's degree in human resource management. She is the office manager at Harter Family Dental in Cape Girardeau.

Dominique graduated from Cape Girardeau Central High School in 2001 and from Southeast Missouri State University in 2005, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. He then studied at the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Dentistry and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He is the owner and dentist at Harter Family Dental in Cape Girardeau.

An Aug. 27 wedding is planned at the Columbia Country Club in Columbia, Missouri.
