Lah is a 1992 graduate of Central High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in interior design from Southeast Missouri State University. She is pursuing a master of arts degree at Concordia Seminary in Clayton, Mo.

Arthur is a 1985 graduate of John Curtis Christian School. He received a bachelor of science degree in marine biology from Southeastern Louisiana University. He is pursuing a master of divinity at Concordia Seminary.

A Feb. 23 wedding is planned at Immanuel Lutheran, Olivette in St. Louis.
