Krudwig-Higgins

Robert and Florence Krudwig of Anna, Ill., announce the engagement of their daughter, Diane Louise Krudwig, to Michael Leonard Higgins, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Tom and Mary Higgins of Cape Girardeau.

Krudwig is a 1992 graduate of Anna-Jonesboro High School in Anna. She received a bachelor of science degree in biology from Southeast Missouri State University in 1997. She is a forensic chemist at SEMO Regional Crime Lab.

Higgins is a 1995 graduate of Notre Dame High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Southeast University in 1999. He is employed at Creative Data Systems.

An Oct. 11 wedding is planned at St. Mark Lutheran Church.
