Kent - Michel

Vickie Kent of Cape Girardeau, Charles Turnbow and Debbie Graham of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristin Lynn Kent, to Jeffrey Allen Michel. He is the son of Caryn Michel of Cape Girardeau.

Kent is a 2000 graduate of Central High School. She received a bachelor's degree in marketing from Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed at SEMO Alliance for Disability Independence Inc. (SADI).

Michel is a 1998 graduate of Central High School. He received an associate degree in criminal justice from Mineral Area College. He is employed at G&K Drywall.

An Oct. 15 wedding is planned at Honeysuckle Hills in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.
