Kenkel-McMullin

Elmer and Glenda Kenkel of Scott City announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Marie Kenkel, to Jared Andrew McMullin. He is the son of Andrew and Alma McMullin of Benton, Mo.

Kenkel is a 1997 graduate of Notre Dame High School in Cape Girardeau. She is employed at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

McMullin is a 1997 graduate of Kelly High School in Benton. He received a bachelor of science degree in manufacturing engineering technology from Southeast Missouri State University in 2003. He is an equipment controls technician with Kinder Morgan Inc.

An Oct. 7 wedding is planned at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, Mo.
