Holloway is a graduate of Mt. Vernon High School, and received a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a caseworker with Regency Management in Cape Girardeau.

Wittenborn is a graduate of Notre Dame High School, and received a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology from Southeast University. He is a design engineer at Schaefer's Electrical Enclosures in Advance, Mo.

A July 27 wedding is planned at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Cape Girardeau.
