Bobbie Inskeep of Cape Girardeau has announced the engagement of her daughter, Alice Hoffman, to Willard Wayne Collins, both of Chaffee, Mo. He is the son of Jackie and Janet Collins of Olden, Texas. Bobbie Inskeep of Cape Girardeau has announced the engagement of her daughter, Alice Hoffman, to Willard Wayne Collins, both of Chaffee, Mo. He is the son of Jackie and Janet Collins of Olden, Texas.

Hoffman is a 1986 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 1995 graduate of Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center. She is employed at Fountainbleau Lodge.

Collins is a 1979 graduate of Eastland High School in Texas. He is employed at Cape Girardeau Printing Co.
