Herrera-Drury

Hannibal and Luz Herrera of Los Angeles, Calif., announce the engagement of their daughter, Josie Herrera, to Chris Drury. He is the son of Jerry and Kathleen Drury of Cape Girardeau.

Herrera is a graduate of Notre Dame Academy High School in Los Angeles. She is a graduate of the University of California-Irvine, and received a master's degree in health administration from the University of Southern California in 2004. She is the residency program manager at USC University Hospital in Los Angeles.

Drury is a graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in food service and hospitality management from Southeast Missouri State University. He is guest service manager at the Holiday Inn in Burbank, Calif.

A Sept. 8 wedding is planned at Precious Blood Church in Los Angeles.
