Herbst-Eudy

Douglas Herbst of Annapolis, Mo., and Donna Foeste of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Tara Michelle Herbst, to Quinn Gabriel Eudy, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Eddie Eudy of Anna, Ill., and Jennifer Seabaugh of Indianapolis, Ind.

Herbst is a 2000 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of arts degree in mass communications from Southeast Missouri State University in 2005. She is employed at River Radio.

Eudy is a dispatcher with Cape County Private Ambulance Service.

A Sept. 9 wedding is planned at Good Shepherd Lutheran Chapel.
