Frank - Feichtinger

James and Vicki Frank of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Lynn Frank of St. Louis, to Craig Feichtinger of Troy, Ill. He is the son of Marilyn Feichtinger of Collinsville, Ill., and the late Frank Feichtinger.

Frank received bachelor degrees in marketing and mass communication from Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed by Fox Networks in St. Louis.

Feichtinger received a bachelor's degree in mass communication from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, and master degrees from Fontbonne University in St. Louis. He is employed by Lutheran Public Radio in Collinsville.

A Sept. 2 wedding is planned at Concordia Lutheran Church in Kirkwood, Mo.
