Franco-Mancinelli

Joan Martin of Cape Girardeau announces the engagement of her daughter, Pamela Franco, to Joseph Mancinelli. He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. M. Joseph Mancinelli of Stamford, Conn.

Franco is a graduate of Meridian High School and Southeast Missouri State University. She is owner of Franco Research Group in New York City.

Mancinelli is a graduate of Westhill High School and the School of Industrial Design at Bridgeport University. He is a design consultant for companies throughout the United States and Europe.

An April wedding is planned.
