Foltz - Presser

Lynn Burns of Jackson and Jim and Traci Foltz of Sedgewickville, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Mandie Rose Foltz, to Brent William Presser. He is the son of Bill and Tina Presser of Cape Girardeau.

Foltz is a 2004 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in mass communication from Southeast Missouri State University in 2008, and is a candidate for a master's degree in higher education administration from the university in 2012. She is an admissions counselor at the university.

Presser is a 2002 graduate of Central High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in finance in 2006, and a master's degree in business administration in 2010, both from Southeast. He is a credit analyst at US Bank.

An April 28 wedding is planned at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson.
