Finger-Hann

Rebecca Elizabeth Finger and Joseph Michl Hann of Cape Girardeau announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Michael Finger of McClure, Ill., and the late Janice Finger. He is the son of Joseph Hann and Jayne Shoptaw of Cape Girardeau.

Finger is pursuing a degree in accounting at Southeast Missouri State University. She is corporate accounts manager at Pyramid Group in Cape Girardeau.

Hann expects to receive a degree in criminal justice from Southeast in May. He is a detective sergeant with Scott City Police Department.

An Oct. 1 wedding is planned at Deerfield Lodge in Cape Girardeau.
