JACKSON, Mo. -- Ronald and Florence Wiegand of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Robin Christina Wiegand, to Stephen Paul Masters of Newport, Wales, U.K. He is the son of Geoffrey and Margaret Masters of Wales. JACKSON, Mo. -- Ronald and Florence Wiegand of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Robin Christina Wiegand, to Stephen Paul Masters of Newport, Wales, U.K. He is the son of Geoffrey and Margaret Masters of Wales.

Wiegand received a bachelor of science degree in early childhood/elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a first grade teacher at Orchard Drive Elementary in Jackson.
