ENGAGEMENTS: WHITE-ABBOTT

SCOTT CITY, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Randall White of Scott City announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Michele White, to Elisha Lee Abbott. He is the son of Shirley Bickle of Garland, Texas, and Daryl Abbott of Arcadia, Fla.

White is a 1996 graduate of Scott City High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in mass communications from Southeast Missouri State University in December. She is an assistant account manager at Trozzolo Creative Resources Inc. in Kansas City.

Abbott is a 1994 graduate of Bayshore High School in Bradenton, Fla., and received certifications from Microsoft. He is a technical client service representative with Risco Inc. in Kansas City.

An April 28 wedding is planned at First Assembly of God Church in Cape Girardeau.
