ENGAGEMENTS: WELKER-LIVINGSTON

JACKSON, Mo. -- Loy William Welker and Mary Kay Welker of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Kathryn Welker, to Christopher Britton Livingston, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Kenneth Livingston of Fruitland, Mo., and the late Cathy Jean Livingston.

Welker is a 1996 graduate of Central High School. She expects to receive a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Southeast Missouri State University in May.

Livingston is a 1993 graduate of Central High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in recreation programming from Southeast University in 1999. He is a photographer at Cheekwood Studio in Cape Girardeau.

A June 16 wedding is planned at Red Star Baptist Church.
