ALTENBURG, Mo. -- Gary and Doris Voelker of Altenburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Dawn Marie Voelker of Jackson, Tenn., to Mickael Eugene Minner of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Richard Minner of Scott City, Mo., and Martha Smith of Cape Girardeau.

Voelker is a 1992 graduate of Perryville High School. She is an electrician.
