MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Frances VanGennip of Marble Hill announces the engagement of her daughter, Mary Susan VanGennip, to Andrew William Siebert. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Siebert of Cape Girardeau. VanGennip is also the daughter of the late John A. VanGennip.

VanGennip is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed in the telecommunications department at the university.
