ENGAGEMENTS: TALLY-MOORE

Benjamin and Jo Tally of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Mandi Michelle Tally, to Jason Keith Moore. He is the son of Doyle Moore of Fenton, Mo., and the late Joan Moore.

Tally received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Southeast Missouri State University, and a master's degree in counseling from Webster University. She is employed at Behavioral Health Response, the crisis hotline for state of Missouri.

Moore attended Southeast University, and Three Rivers Community College in Poplar Bluff, Mo. He is employed at Washington University Hospital.

An Oct. 20 wedding is planned at Bethel Assembly of God Church.
