Julia Anne Stanley of Cape Girardeau and Ray Leonard Grider of Dutchtown announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Donna F. Stanley of Cape Girardeau, and the late Roy D. Stanley. He is the son of the late Raymond and Elsie Grider of Cape Girardeau.

Stanley is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is a nurse at Chateau Girardeau Healthcare.

A garden wedding is planned June 10 at the Grider home.
