JACKSON, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Joseph W. Simmons II of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Elizabeth Simmons, to Jimmy Dale Parker II. JACKSON, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Joseph W. Simmons II of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Elizabeth Simmons, to Jimmy Dale Parker II. He is the son of Zelda Parker of Jackson, and the late Jimmy Parker.

Simmons is a 1996 graduate of Jackson High School. She expects to receive a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology from Southeast Missouri State University in May.
