JACKSON, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Sebaugh of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Joni Lynn Sebaugh, to Jaeson Michael Fraser. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Eichhorn of Chaffee, Mo.

Sebaugh is a 1998 graduate of Jackson High School. She is employed at Hobby Lobby in Cape Girardeau.

An April 21 wedding is planned at First General Baptist Church in Chaffee.
