SCOTT CITY -- Delbert and Sondra Phillips of Scott City announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Elaine Phillips, to Cody Wayne Mayberry. He is the son of Wayne and Beverly Mayberry of Jonesboro, Ill. Phillips expects to graduate in May from Scott City High School. SCOTT CITY -- Delbert and Sondra Phillips of Scott City announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Elaine Phillips, to Cody Wayne Mayberry. He is the son of Wayne and Beverly Mayberry of Jonesboro, Ill.

Phillips expects to graduate in May from Scott City High School. She is employed at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse of Cape Girardeau.

Mayberry is a 1997 graduate of Anna-Jonesboro High School. He is employed by Union County Highway Department.

A June 24 wedding is planned at Illmo Baptist Church.
